Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations and compliance across a mixed-use portfolio.
* Drive property performance and ensure Building Safety Act compliance.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in property/block management.
* Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and statutory compliance.
* Proficiency in CAFM/property management software (Cube MRI).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
