Job Description
Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
Assist with general Employee Relations matters, supporting managers and employees as required
Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR systems
Support HR processes including onboarding, absence management, and policy administration
Respond to HR queries in a professional and timely manner

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administration role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
CIPD qualification not required, although entry-level or foundation certificates would be beneficial
