Overview
Role Overview: We are seeking a hungry Production Executive to work across the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects across sport, entertainment and live events. At Concept80, this role is intentionally hybrid. You will combine the rigour of Production with the on-the-ground responsibility of a runner, planning projects in the office and supporting the team with delivery. This gives you exposure to the entire production lifecycle, from proposal and budgeting through to shoot delivery and post-production. This role suits someone who wants ownership, creative proximity, and real responsibility, not just coordination. It is an exciting opportunity within a wider internal production community, designed to give emerging talent real responsibility, on-set experience and a clear pathway into senior production roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Project & Production Support
o Support day-to-day management of multiple client projects
o Assist with schedules, proposals, logistics and planning
o Help hire and coordinate freelancers and suppliers
o Track deliverables and support timely project delivery
o Assist with project debriefs and work with Insight team on project performance analytics
* Production Support
o Attend shoots as Production Assistant / junior producer
o Support live production logistics and crew coordination
o Be a reliable, calm presence on set
* Client & Creative Support
o Support communication with clients and internal teams
o Contribute to creative development and proposal responses
o Assist the design team and wider team with treatments and decks
o Have an ear to the ground for social trends and make recommendations around how our clients can tap into culture
* Business & Operations Support
o Assist with business-side and administrative tasks as needed
o Support systems, documentation and operational efficiency
o Manage the distribution and archiving of campaign assets, working closely with clients to ensure all deliverables are correctly stored and maintained within our central repositories
o Support the Production Manager in finalising production budgets and post-project financial reconciliations
o Culture is extremely important to the business and it is owned by the team. The role supports and makes recommendations around cultural moments within the agency
* About You
o One or two years working within an agency specialising in sport, culture, digital or events
o A passion for creativity and the ecosystem behind building content
o An intrinsically motivated attitude. We run hard and fast and look for individuals that are happy to work that way
o Deep understanding of social media and digital trends
o Strong client management and relationship-building skills
o Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
o Excellent communication and organizational skills
o Creative thinking and ability to contribute to creative proposals
