We are expanding our Nottingham Secondary operations and therefore are seeking a Resource Consultant to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start and to then develop your career in a supportive, flexible, and rewarding environment.

What You’ll Do
* Source, screen, and clear job seekers for roles in education settings
* Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
* Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Collaborate with consultants to meet placement targets
* Directly assist our clients with their booking needs (after successful completion of -probationary period)

* Experience in recruitment, compliance, or safeguarding (education sector preferred)
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Competitive salary: £25,000 – £27,500 + commission for cleared files
* Uncapped commission structure of up to £50 per candidate worked (typical months can return £400 per month)
