Position: Support Worker for Adults with Learning Difficulties
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our compassionate team, providing person-centred care and support to adults with learning difficulties. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Your role will be vital in helping our service users achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Offer support and assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
· Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction and fosters meaningful relationships.
· Implement individual care plans, tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of each service user.
· Engage in recreational activities and community outings to encourage social integration and community engagement.
· Provide emotional support and empower service users to develop essential life skills, fostering independence.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user progress and any significant observations.
