The Graphic Designer will support the Senior Graphic Designer in all aspects of design and brand management for Hillier.
This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave starting in July 2024 with a salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
8. Designing high quality marketing materials for all Hillier B2C and B2B marketing channels both digital and print, maintaining a consistent brand identity and delivering on time to deadlines.
9. Designing materials for the Training, Purchasing and Merchandising Departments to maintain brand consistency both internally and externally.
10. Working with the marketing team on the inception and development of creative ideas and concepts for individual campaigns.
11. Create digital assets for website, email, and social channels.
12. Look for opportunities to innovate and enhance the brand through marketing design and technology.
13. Work with marketing team and senior graphic designer to produce final designs, promoting the Hillier brand values and maintaining a consistent brand identity in everything you do.
14. Assisting and supporting all creative elements of the business.
About you
15. Graphic design qualification or equivalent experience.
16. Excellent Adobe skills.
17. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
18. Excellent organisational skills.
19. Strong attention to detail.
20. Ability to manage and prioritise heavy workload to tight deadlines.
Preferably
21. Experience in designing creative for digital channels/advertising.
22. Horticulture knowledge
