Responsibilities: Ensure the understanding and implementation of corporate and departmental practices within the service. Recommend service improvements based on data and information analysis. Communicate effectively with elected members and other partners/stakeholders. Collaborate constructively with partner organizations and internal colleagues. Build and maintain a culture of trust within the team. Provide comprehensive legal services to Council colleagues, maintained schools, and the Council’s Local Authority Trading Companies. Manage personal workload as allocated by management, ensuring value for money and adherence to high in-house standards.
