Start ASAP one to three months The role is fully office based. We are currently recruiting for an admin support to join one of London's leading Research Institutes and log and store project records and documentation. The role will involve: * Printing and Preparing document packs * Laminating posters, pocket cards * Compiling site files for international collaborators * Saving documents in Trial Master file * Updating site trackers * Uploading contacts to database * Responding to emails, acknowledging receipt of documentation and following up any other information/documents required. You will be working with a Trial administrator, and we need somebody methodical who understands the importance of document management and who will print, compile files and file in the TMF and other tasks in this capacity. PERSON SPECIFICATION * Proven recent relevant office experience. * Good IT skills, including proven proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. * High degree of accuracy and the ability to pay close attention to detail and presentation. * Organised approach with the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Commitment to working effectively as part of a team. * A flexible approach to work responsibilities. * Experience in an Educational/research environment would be an advantage.
