Job Title: Engagement Lead

Job Description
As an Engagement Analyst within the Enterprise Technology Workforce Management function, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we plan, manage, and evolve our Global Technology workforce to meet business opportunities. You will support the delivery of the engagement agenda for Enterprise Technology, fostering a sense of community and belonging across the team and aligning with the goals across Technology.
Responsibilities
2. Support the Engagement Lead in fostering a sense of community and belonging across the team, increasing engagement for staff through targeted, meaningful, and consistent activity.
3. Help to shape and deliver internal Enterprise Technology specific engagement plans that connect back to, and support key strategies across Technology.
4. Represent Enterprise Technology in communication and engagement forums on behalf of the Engagement Lead.
5. Organise forums including All Hands, Town Halls, and colleague exchanges, and understand feedback data provided at these forums.
6. Create and disseminate high-quality, clear, and engaging content for a range of key stakeholders.
7. Work on programmes that support targeted learning across the team, driving knowledge sharing and DEI initiatives.
8. Connect with various DEI forums across Technology in alignment with the Engagement Lead.
9. Support and develop talent across the department, enabling the well-being and psychological safety of the team.
10. Promote positive change across the organisation through a network of colleagues who contribute to culture change, communications, and engagement.
Essential Skills
11. Experience as an engagement analyst or project coordinator supporting and delivering people initiatives.
12. Ability to support and deliver high-quality engagement forums such as Townhalls and All Hands sessions.
13. Awareness of creating high-quality, compelling internal communications that support key messages.
14. Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Slido, and MS PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.
15. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders across diverse networks and multi-regional geographies.
