Job Title: Senior Purchasing Administrator
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum Depending on experience
Working Hours: 37.50 Hours a week Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Location: Wellingborough
Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Purchasing Administrator to assist the purchasing team in the smooth running of the purchasing department. Ordering stock to ensure production runs efficiently, managing stock levels to ensure we are neither under nor overstocked.
You will play a key role in working within the purchasing team in developing our long-term growth plans with our suppliers and ensuring the supply base can meet the needs of our manufacturing operation at Wellingborough. Also working with the Purchasing Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our perpetual inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:
* Using the Evonet System to run BOMs (Bills of Materials) to purchase stock.
* Checking order confirmations and handling queries with suppliers.
* Assisting with Perpetual Inventory.
* Using reports to look at stock levels (overstocks).
* Person Specification/ experience:
· Ability to multitask & to work to deadlines.
· Must be able to prioritise work and use own initiative.
· Good timekeeping and attendance.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Good computer skills and used to using Microsoft packages.
