Our client is seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the skilled kitchen team at their elegant 4-star hotel, located on the outskirts of Northamptonshire. In this role, you'll take ownership of your own section, delivering consistently high standards of food quality and hygiene, and supporting the Head Chef in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.
About the Role:
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine. You'll bring energy, creativity, and attention to detail, along with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service are essential.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fresh food kitchen environment
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
* Knowledge of stock control and cost management
* Experience in hotels and banqueting is desirable
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow clear instructions
* Food Hygiene Level 2 required
