Your Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key player in delivering an impressive £85M new build campus. Your expertise will enhance value for money while ensuring top-notch quality standards across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage applications for payment from subcontractors and prepare client payment applications.
* Monitor expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation reports.
* Prepare final accounts and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Contribute to commercial information collation and reporting.
* Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have experience in a tier 1 main contractor environment .
* You possess strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and project commercial management.
* You’re skilled in CVR reporting and financial analysis.
* You enjoy collaborative working and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* You hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying .
