GSL Education are searching for an inspiring RE Teacher to join a school in Sheffield (S35), delivering lessons that inspire thoughtful discussion and understanding of diverse perspectives. In this role, the Religious Education (RE) Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that explore religious and moral concepts, support students’ personal development, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities of RE Teacher: Plan and deliver structured RE lessons in line with the curriculum Encourage discussion, reflection, and ethical reasoning Support pupils in developing understanding and respect for different beliefs Maintain positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback Candidate Profile: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching RE in a school setting Strong classroom management and communication skills Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) If you are a passionate RE Teacher ready to inspire learners, we welcome your application.
