We’re Hiring: Telesales Account Manager – FMCG Industry - Bournemouth
(12 months FTC)

What you’ll do:
✅ Sell and promote over-the-counter products to pharmacies at agreed prices and deal levels
✅ Achieve daily call rates, orders, and value targets while following our proven telesales model
✅ Drive growth across your territory by brand and develop new business opportunities
✅ Support clients during sales drives and create promotional materials to boost success
✅ Manage your own territory, plan calls effectively, and maintain high standards
✅ Use our CRM system to track performance and react to trends
What we’re looking for:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in telephone account management in a target-driven environment
✔ FMCG experience is desirable
✔ Strong CRM skills for loading results and running reports
✔ Excellent communication and planning skills
✔ A good standard of education, including Maths and English
