Sixth Form Practitioner
Northease Manor School are looking to recruit an inspiring, enthusiastic and diligent 6th Form Practitioner, to lead on planning & delivering to students with Autism, Dyslexia & associated needs, supporting adult progression & work readiness.
The role would suit someone with LSA / HLTA or Teaching experience within a School SEN or Sixth Form setting.

The Sixth Form Learning Practitioner would take responsibility for the daily facilitation of Sixth Form students learning and understanding of the academic elements of their external college study program as well as Life, Adult & Social skills development with practical hands-on experiences of essential skills for independent living & working beyond formal education.
Working 1:1 and in small learning groups, your role is to ensure that students have the optimal level of learning opportunities while they are in placement with us and make significant progress against all their EHCP targets and SEN challenges.
