We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Standen in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

Standen is an arts and crafts family home set in a beautiful hillside garden. The plant shop sells plants grown in the nursery and seasonal kitchen garden produce is available to buy.
What you'll be doing
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Standen operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
This position requires a hands-on mindset and strong practical skills to ensure successful completion of projects around the property. You will be working alongside our maintenance and facilities volunteers as well as on your own. Additionally, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be confident in using IT systems to support day-to-day tasks and colleagues as needed.
