Location: Multiple UK locations including Abbey Wood (Bristol), Corsham, Shrivenham, and Glasgow.
Contract Duration: Initial contracts ranging from 6 to 12 months.
Clearance Requirement: SC Security Clearance

We have an urgent requirement for multiple SC Cleared Commercial Managers for long-term contracts.
You will be deployed via a leading UK consultancy to support high-profile, critical programmes within the UK Defence sector.
Key Experience & Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Procurement: Lead procurement cycles (ITTs, bid evaluation) and manage a portfolio of complex supplier contracts.
* Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts. Experience with NEC3/NEC4 frameworks is essential for some roles and highly desirable for all.
* Stakeholder Management: Provide expert commercial advice and manage relationships with senior project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Compliance & Risk: Ensure all commercial activity complies with public procurement regulations (PCR/DSPCR) and effectively manage commercial risk.
