What You’ll Be Doing

* Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions across global offices — from sourcing to offer management.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like and deliver quality talent, fast.
* Prioritize with precision — you’ll manage high-volume hiring while keeping quality and candidate experience top of mind.
* Act as a brand ambassador who brings passion, consistency, and professionalism to every interaction.
* Leverage data and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
* Champion speed, accountability, and results — we celebrate people who get it done.


Who You Are

* 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong agency background or a fast-paced, high-growth business.
* Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus on quality.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — confident, clear, and collaborative.
* Resilient, resourceful, and laser-focused on results; you know how to prioritize what truly matters.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.
* Culturally adaptable and comfortable working in a diverse business environment.
* Experience recruiting in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
* Based in Europe, or willing to relocate there.
