Position: SEN Teaching Assistant.
Location: Mainstream Primary School in Toxteth.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 15.15pm.
Rate of Pay: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour.

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to children with SEN requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with teachers and specialists to deliver personalized learning experiences.
* Assisting students with their daily activities, ensuring their well-being and progress.
* Adapting teaching materials and strategies to accommodate individual needs.
* Promoting social interaction and positive behaviour among students.
* Monitoring and recording students' progress, communicating effectively with parents and guardians.
* Creating a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and empowered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
