Hours: 38-Hour contract

Our client, a highly regarded experience-driven daytime hospitality venue operator are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager for their Knutsford-based operation. For this role, we are looking for a real people person with a big personality and ideally a passion for service and creating unforgettable experiences!.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a real personality, high energy, who enjoys interacting with customers and being the face of the business.
Take great pleasure in but be a great ambassador for the business.
Ideally be a health and safety champion
Barista experience would be advantageous

What youll be doing:
Supporting a programme of events and entertainment
Managing stock, budgets and ordering with confidence
Ensuring service and safety standards are exceptional across the board
Inspiring and training your team to deliver warm, welcoming service every day
Supporting team members across both front and back of house operations.
What were looking for:
Experience as an Assistant Manager in coffee shop, experiential venue or similar concept
Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle busy event days
A calm, positive leader who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment
Solid IT and financial management abilities
