Overview
Administrator/Receptionist - G41 role at MAAC, LLC. Starting as a temporary position with the potential to become permanent after the new year. Immediate start required. Based in the G41 area of Glasgow.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 16:30, with a 16:00 finish on Fridays.
Salary: £13 per hour when temping; £27,300 per year when permanent.
Responsibilities
* Admin and reception duties
* Support to HR team
* Support to Health & Safety team
* Act as point of contact at reception
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Administrative and reception skills
* Great attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Able to get to G41 with ease
* Willing to support HR and H&S teams
Desirable
* Some HR admin experience
* Experience with Health and Safety administration
