Provisioning & Procurement:
* To carry out a wide range of sales & technical administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
* Validate new customer orders.
* Prepare & issue contracts.
* Provisioning & Procurement of each order through to delivery.
* Liaison with internal technical teams & 3rd party suppliers to ensure prompt & proficient delivery.
* Day-to-day monitoring of orders to ensure that delivery is on track and to budget, informing customer & internal teams where necessary.
* Creation of leads.
* Produce minor quotes.
* Account management.
* Participate in Project management of complex orders.
* Internal stock ordering as required.
* Assist with Circuit ordering.
* Supervision of goods in & out function.
* Software licensing reporting.
* Ad hoc tasks as required.
Administration:
* To cover a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
* Answering of telephone calls.
* Hosting visitors.
* Provide cover for processing of incoming & outgoing mail.
* Ordering of stationary & ad hoc office consumables.
* To work effectively with team members to deliver first class administration to both internal & external customers.
* To continually seek out opportunities to gain new skills and identify areas for self-improvement.
* To ensure compliance with all policies, processes and procedures mandated by the company.
