Salary:£ 45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Slough Shift: Monday - Friday Duties: Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions. Contribute to recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and facilitating smooth integration for new hires. Oversee the UK payroll submission process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Promote employee engagement by organising team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys. Produce HR reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Work with Senior HR BP partner on strategies with organisational objectives and contribute to implementing HR programs that support business goals.
