About The Fat Duck Group
The group brings together a group of four exceptional, Michelin-starred restaurants: The Fat Duck and The Hinds Head in Bray, Berkshire; Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, London and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Dubai.
Led by Heston Blumenthal OBE and a senior management team who share his commitment to imagination, innovation, perfection and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, the group's aim is to create opportunities for guests to go on a journey of exploration. Whether it's haute cuisine or comfort food, bar or brasserie, teashop or sweetshop, any project the group chooses to undertake draws on the ground-breaking techniques, concepts and technology Heston has developed – multisensory cuisine, flavour pairing, flavour encapsulation – to create places and experiences that trigger nostalgia and are full of emotion.
Heston's motto – 'Question Everything' – is what inspires the group. Across the globe, its ambition is to create exciting new culinary worlds for people to discover.
The group's excellence was recognised once again in 2025 when it was awarded 7 Michelin stars across its restaurants.
