Senior Quantity Surveyor

£55,000 - £75,000 + Performance Bonus + Vehicle/Allowance + Progression + Training & Development + Hybrid Working + Benefits

The successful candidate will play a key role within the commercial team, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

The Role:
* Managing commercial aspects of refurbishment, maintenance, and new-build construction projects
* Producing CVRs, forecasts, valuations, and cost reports
* Working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Hybrid working split between office, site, and home
The Person:
* Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to progress into a senior role
* Experience within construction, refurbishment, maintenance, commercial, or new-build projects
* Strong cost control, forecasting, commercial management skills, and communication
* Full UK Driving Licence
