A global pharmaceutical company is recruiting Process Technicians for Flu manufacturing as part of their upcoming campaign.
We are seeking talented, adaptable individuals capable of operating to the highest standards with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. Successful candidates will play a key role in establishing new operational areas within Manufacturing.
The role involves 12-hour day and night shifts, working 4 days on 4 days off, or 2 days and 2 nights.
Duration: 6-8 weeks (to be confirmed before start).
Salary: £20.36 to £22.15 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
* Following all departmental SOPs and MIs during manufacturing.
* Controlling, monitoring, and executing activities in their area.
* Completing documentation accurately and promptly, with sign-off by relevant personnel.
* Performing final documentation reviews to ensure correctness on the first attempt.
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment.
* Updating SOPs and MIs as required, including performing reviews and initiating new documentation.
* Maintaining cGMP compliance, high standards of housekeeping and safety, and applying principles of Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, 5S, Waste Elimination, and Energy Efficiency for Continuous Improvement.
* Maximizing individual contributions to meet team objectives, supporting colleagues, and liaising with other teams, customers, and suppliers.
* Participating in all mandatory training and maintaining up-to-date personal training records.
* Developing new skills and competencies to support current and future business needs.
* Working safely in accordance with UK legislation, policies, and site procedures related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
Experience

* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a Science Degree.
* Basic knowledge of GMP.
* Basic mechanical aptitude or knowledge of electronic/mechanical equipment.
* Science qualifications will also be considered.
