We are currently working with a highly regarded firm based in Hertford who are looking to hire an Employment Solicitor on a full-time permanent basis.
The firm are ideally looking for someone who has 4 years + PQE who would be able to come into the team and hit the ground running. The role will sit closely with the Commercial Department and help to develop this area of work within the firm.
Typical duties would include:
* Providing commercial advice to businesses and individuals
* Handling caseloads of contentious and non contentious employment matters.
* Drafting employment contracts, service agreements and policies
* Assisting with tribunal cases.
