Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings
Location: Isleworth, TW7
Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

WANTED Lettings Negotiator required in the Isleworth area to manage applicant registrations, conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies and progress deals to move-in, delivering strong service while achieving office targets in a competitive local market.
An independent estate agency in Isleworth is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy office.
This is a hands-on role focused on viewings, deal negotiation and tenancy progression within an active local rental market.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Register tenants and match applicants to suitable properties
* Conduct property viewings and secure offers
* Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
* Progress lets from offer agreed to move-in
* Liaise with landlords, referencing providers and contractors
* Provide regular feedback to landlords
* Maintain accurate records on CRM (Loop)
* Work towards agreed lettings targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Residential Lettings experience
* Proven ability to negotiate and agree tenancies
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, proactive and customer-focused
* Knowledge of West London market advantageous
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
