Responsibilities

* In the role of a retentions advisor, deliver exceptional service to existing customers who are exploring changes to their account by listening closely, understanding concerns, and offering tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of continuing their journey with us.
* Log into our automatic call distributor and build rapport with customers to understand their needs, aiming to make a meaningful impact on customers’ lives.
* Engage in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where resilience, adaptability and a customer‑first mindset are key to success.
* Contribute to achieving appropriate customer sales outcomes in line with FCA requirements.

* Resilient and adaptable – able to cope with high-pressure situations and evolving regulations.

* Independent – capable of working autonomously in a home-based position.


Details

* Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE £7,800 per annum
* Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern
* Location: Nottingham (Hybrid & Remote options)
* Start: 27 October
* Shift pattern: Rotating 6-week rota between 8am and 8pm (Monday-Saturday)
* You’ll work 37.5 hours per week with two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch; broadband access required.
