Emtec Climate Solutions is looking for an experienced Commercial Heating/Gas Engineer to join our growing team.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Field-based across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Greater Liverpool areas, youll carry out reactive repairs, servicing and planned maintenance on commercial heating systems.
Youll work independently on customer sites, handling jobs from fault finding through to repair and completion.
What youll be doing:
* Attending breakdowns and reactive callouts
* Fault finding and repairing commercial boilers and heating systems
* Servicing and PPM on commercial plant
* Working on oil-fired equipment (desirable)
* Carrying out minor electrical fault finding and checks
* Completing job reports and paperwork accurately
What were looking for:
* 2+ years experience in a commercial heating role
* Strong fault-finding and breakdown experience
* Confident working independently in a mobile role
* Experience with commercial boilers and heating systems
Essential qualifications required:
Relevant ACS commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A etc.)
NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilating (or equivalent)
