Initially you will provide operational support for our partner events which target COOs and CSCOs, providing a strong opportunity to develop executive presence. Plus, supporting on internal events, travel admin, diary management and with the opportunity to support our wider events team on our Flagship events. Following this there is the opportunity to rotate into other areas of the business such as our comms and product teams or you may decide develop your skills further within our Executive Programs and events team. This is a great role for someone who is highly ambitious, detail-oriented, a great communicator, and curious and excited to learn about how world-class B2B events are delivered whilst working across all areas of the business. This role serves as an excellent launching pad for a career in events and/or executive engagement. Core Responsibilities Provide support on general event operations and logistics, such as working with suppliers, managing printing and shipping requests, organizing onsite materials, packing lists, and signage coordination. Contribute to the seamless execution of Zero100 partner events, managing diaries and travel bookings and completing tasks accurately and on time. Assist with event management including registration support, inbox management, preparing lists and check-in materials, and handling post-event comms. Leverage your strong communication skills for our most prestigious VIP events and executive programmes, ensuring that all messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to our audience. Get involved with onsite delivery at our world class events, including helping at the registration desk, providing wayfinding assistance, supporting sessions, and capturing and escalating any issues to event leads. Requirements Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; you enjoy keeping plans, trackers and logistics under control. Strong, professional written and verbal communication. A collaborative mindset, you work well as part of a team and are happy to pitch in where needed. Ability to follow defined processes, manage day-to-day priorities, and escalate issues with good judgement. Curiosity and willingness to learn about operations, supply chain, and the audience we serve (no prior supply chain knowledge required). Interest in AI and new technologies and how they drive business outcomes Previous experience in events, hospitality, operations, admin, or customer service is helpful but not essential.
