Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Assistant Site Manager to join the team. As the Assistant you will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day to day site operations
* Extensive knowledge of timber frame construction process.
* Excellent leadership
* Managing subcontractors and labour to maintain momentum and site standards
* Leading handovers, snagging, and final site presentation
* Tracking progress against the build program and resolving delays proactively
