Job Description:
As Social Media Channel Manager at Sanderson Design Group, you will lead strategy and execution of social media across our portfolio of 6 interiors brands. Your focus will be on leveraging paid and organic tactics to drive engagement, brand equity, and conversion, supporting both direct-to-consumer and trade-focused brands with an emphasis on performance marketing and digital innovation.
You will create and execute channel strategies, manage influencer and affiliate programs, and oversee community engagement. Collaborating with various teams, you'll ensure our social presence aligns with commercial goals and brand storytelling. You will manage a small team and work with external partners to adapt to the fast-changing social landscape, positioning our brands as leaders in luxury interiors.
Responsibilities
* Drive growth, engagement, and conversion through social media channels for D2C and trade objectives.
* Lead and evolve social media strategies across organic and paid channels, aligned with brand and commercial goals.
* Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Manage content calendars supporting launches, campaigns, and peak trading periods.
* Ensure consistent brand storytelling and maximize cross-platform opportunities.
* Maximize synergy between organic and paid efforts.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
* Lead influencer strategy, manage relationships, briefs, contracts, and performance.
* Ensure content quality and brand alignment.
* Oversee affiliate marketing activities, onboarding creators, managing content, and ROI reporting.
* Achieve reach, engagement, and conversion targets through partnerships.
* Define KPIs and produce performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Manage a small team, supporting prioritization and development.
* Collaborate with digital, CRM, customer service, and marketing teams.
* Coordinate with agencies and external partners.
Innovation & Industry Trends
* Stay informed on social trends and platform updates.
* Test and adopt new content formats.
* Share insights and foster a test-and-learn culture.
Community Management & Engagement
* Develop community strategies to foster loyalty and advocacy.
* Oversee engagement, respond to queries, and manage UGC.
* Nurture brand advocates and micro-communities.
Content & Campaign Execution
* Collaborate to ensure product launches and campaigns are social-first.
* Align content with campaign goals, from awareness to conversion.

Skills & Experience
* Degree in Marketing or related, or equivalent experience.
* 5-10 years managing social for luxury or lifestyle brands.
* Strong knowledge of organic and paid strategies on key platforms.
* Success in community engagement, conversions, and advocacy.
* Experience managing influencer and affiliate relationships.
* Proficient in analytics tools.
* Analytical mindset with performance-driven decision making.
* Excellent communication, project management, and content skills.
