If you are dynamic, enthusiastic, creative andwith a can-do attitude, then why not consider joining us as aGlobal Campaign Manager, within our talented marketing team tosupport the development and delivery of an account basedomnichannel marketing strategy for key growth accounts. Supportedby a test and learn strategy focusing on solution led, lifecyclecommunications strategy in line with the account strategy. You willleverage the client data in the CRM and continuously updatestakeholder mapping by using D365 for marketing as one of the maintools and campaign drivers. The overall objective is to increasecustomer lifetime value (CLV), by becoming a trusted partner andaccelerate the client decision process through up-sell andcross-selling opportunities while delivering measurable return oninvestment (ROI).
Here's what a typical day would belike:
* Driveaccount-based marketing strategy to key growth accounts, to delivera long-term revenue grown and client lifetime value in line withcommercial objectives.
* Develop and map clientstakeholder personas and target with relevant solution informationthrough campaign and programmatic email marketing automation andoffline activation.
* Develop the assets neededto support the account's growth strategy, working closely withexternal Design, Audio-visual and PRagencies.
* Use data to assess and develop newcustomer journeys to achieve increased efficiency across the touchpoints and increased demand generation.
* Ensurecampaigns are delivered on time and withinbudget.
* Take responsibility for direct channelperformance.
Who we're lookingfor:
* Degree orequivalent in Marketing or Business
* Previousmarketing and CRM experience in a Business-to-Business environmentis essential.
* Experience using a ProjectManagement tool would be a distinctadvantage
* Excellent command of the Englishlanguage with strong interpersonalskills
* Commerciallyminded
* Dynamic, creative self-starter lookingfor an exciting new role
