We are recruiting for our dynamic construction company seeking an ambitious and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing team. We value dedication, a hunger for growth, and a long-term commitment to help us achieve success together.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
* Manage sales and purchase ledgers accurately and efficiently.
* Handle basic accounts-related tasks, maintaining records and reports.
* Utilize Xero and Sage accounting software for financial operations.
* Support the team with administrative needs specific to the construction industry.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in general administration, accounts, and ledger management.
* A background in construction is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Xero and Sage is essential.
* A motivated, "on-the-ball" individual with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the role.
* Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to transport due to our location.
