Organizing and motivating individuals in way that optimizes the entire team’s output. Supporting other team leaders and work with management team to improve process. Completing daily reports so that unseen opportunities can be identified. Always ensuring services are delivered within specified deadlines. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Warehouse and Managerial experience are beneficial Computer literate (knowledge of Excel) required The ability to motivate others to care about meeting our targets.
