Job Vacancy: Legal Administrator/Secretary Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available after training is completed) Contract : 2 months as a minimum, with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate I am recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our clients Disease department in Glasgow city centre. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within the legal sector, who is looking for a new role. After training you will be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8:45 - 4:45 and Friday 8:45 - 4:15 The salary will range from £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience for the right candidate Key Duties and Responsibilities: Providing secretarial and administrative support to the wider team Audio typing Assisting with document preparation and ensuring deadlines are met Communicating with clients and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently Supporting with Diary management and checking court dates Drafting documents and letters To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team If you're a motivated and proactive individual with experience in the Legal sector, we'd love to hear from you!
