We are building a contract talent pool for Estate & Block Surveyors to support external and communal asset surveys across estates, blocks and shared areas.
The Role
You will survey estates, sub-estates, major blocks and external communal areas, capturing structured asset data as part of large-scale housing improvement programmes.
Key Responsibilities
• Survey external building elements, boundaries, roofs and communal areas
• Use GIS mapping and site plans for accurate coverage
• Capture photographic evidence and contextual site information
• Identify risks or HHSRS indicators
• Upload completed surveys weekly
• Operate professionally across varied estate environments
Requirements
• Experience in estate/block surveying or external building inspections
• Understanding of building pathology and communal structures
• Surveying qualification preferred
• DBS check and driving licence required
