We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team due to the growth and development of our current team. Are you interested in helping to lead a nursery as part of the Leadership team? Do you want that next step in your career?
You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and third in charge, in the day-to-day running of the setting. You will also have a key role in ensuring high standards across the nursery and ensure that we are continually improving the quality of our provision.
You will be part of our management team, alongside the Nursery Manager and the third in charge.
This is a full time role, 40 hours per week.
Our nursery is based in a beautiful woodlands environment and we believe in using nature to help children learn, play and grow. You will be working in our friendly nursery with a team dedicated to giving children the best start to life.

What we are looking for
You must be a minimum qualified level three in childcare with a minimum of three year's experience in a supervisory role.

Your role will include:
* Working in the room to care for children. Monitoring key children.
* Supporting the Manager and the third in charge in the day to day running of the setting.
* Ensuring a high standard of childcare across the setting.
* Communicating effectively with staff.
* Communicating with parents and families.
* Liaising with outside agencies.
* Attending meetings as necessary.
