TikTok Shop Manager (6-Month Contract, 4 Days/Week)

About Lola’s
Lola’s is a premium London-based bakery, known for our handcrafted cakes, cupcakes and brownies. With a thriving online business and a growing social presence, we’re looking to take our TikTok Shop to the next level by bringing operations in-house. We’re setting up a dedicated TikTok studio and are looking for a super organised, creative and hands-on TikTok Shop Manager to run it.
The Role
As our TikTok Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our TikTok Shop and live shopping events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of growing this exciting channel - managing content, operations, presenters and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Management
* Oversee the TikTok Shop backend: keep products and listings updated, ensure pricing, stock, and assets are accurate.
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
* Manage and respond to customer service queries via TikTok Shop.
Live Shopping Events
* Plan and run 2–3 live shopping events per week (Mon–Wed 6–9pm).
* Set up and manage the in-house studio and filming logistics.
* Source, brief and schedule presenters/hosts for lives.
* Ensure products are prepared, live scripts and talking points are ready, and broadcasts run seamlessly.
* Manage post-live wrap-up including reporting and studio clear-up.
Content & Promotion
* Create and manage social content to promote the TikTok Shop and upcoming lives.
* Work with the wider marketing team to align content with campaigns and launches.
* Ideate and execute TikTok-native content to drive engagement and sales.
Organisation & Admin
* Keep a clear calendar of lives, content deadlines and product launches.
* Manage inventory and studio schedules.
* Track performance metrics and report on sales, engagement and growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s plugged into TikTok culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves getting hands-on with both content and logistics.
You’ll have:
* Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce/live selling platforms.
* Excellent organisational skills - able to juggle multiple moving parts and stay on top of details.
* Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content formats and best practices.
* Experience running or coordinating live shopping events or livestreams.
* Confidence working with presenters, content creators and production set-ups.
* Great communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Flexibility to work evenings (Mon–Wed) for live shows.
