About the Role A plumbing supply company are seeking a motivated ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join their Business Systems Support Team based in Stockton Heath (WA4).
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification. The apprentice will support the administration and day-to-day operation of company systems while working alongside experienced IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities Process incoming IT support calls and emails in line with defined processes and service levels
Identify technical issues and advise on appropriate solutions
Log and track incidents accurately within the IT Service Management system
Escalate issues to third-party vendors where required and monitor progress
Provide support for desktop systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications
Assist with user account management and maintenance processes
Support installation and configuration of system applications where required
Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and diagnosing IT problems
Maintain records of IT assets including hardware and software licences
Assist with system updates, patches, and improvements
Support the creation of systems training materials and documentation
Skills and Qualities Basic IT knowledge or strong interest in IT support

Apprenticeship Training You will complete the Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship delivered by NowSkills.
Training will include structured remote classroom sessions, workplace learning, and online study. At least 20% of working hours will be dedicated to training and development.
Additional Information Apprentices may be required to work one Saturday every 812 weeks
