Job Description
* Support and execute employee engagement, DEI, and culture-related initiatives
* Manage roadshows, surveys, and engagement activities across multiple locations
* Act as a champion for culture and inclusion, engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns
* Ensure accurate reporting and data tracking to support decision-making
* Represent the organisation at internal events and engagement forums
The Successful Applicant
* UAE National with Family Book
* Minimum 5 years in employee engagement, DEI, or internal communications
* Willing to work across corporate, plant, and training environments
* Well-presented and able to deliver initiatives with impact
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (postgraduate preferred)
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and project delivery skills
