We are looking for a new member of the clinical admin support team to join Responsive Services.
Responsive Services brings together the Intermediate Care Team, Virtual Ward, Referral Hub and Urgent Community Response, working across East Surrey to support admission avoidance and timely hospital discharge.
You will be based within the Referral Hub, acting as the first point of contact for referrals from hospitals and community partners. Referrals often come in by phone, so you will play a crucial role in gathering vital information and ensuring referrals are passed swiftly to clinicians for triage.

Our administration team operates 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. You will work shifts as part of a rota, to ensure consistent service delivery.

We work closely with our Social and Health care partners so excellent communication skills are essential and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The administrator is required to participate fully as a member of Responsive Services providing efficient and effective running of the administrative functions.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
£25,760 to £27,476 a year + 5% HCAS per annum, pro rata.
