Senior Procurement Manager
📍London (Hybrid)
Up to £70,000 plus 20% bonus package

Our client is a well established and growing restaurant brand in the UK and Europe. They are highly innovative, have a great menu range and focus on high quality, healthy food that is affordable to their customers
The role
This is a newly created role and will be an integral part of the supply chain team. The role will be both strategic and hands on, with an opportunity to quickly develop into a Head of Procurement
Responsibilities include;
* Lead the procurement across various ingredients, food and drink categories.
* Building long term and strategic relationships with global suppliers.
* Working closely with the technical team, to support new menu launches.
* Managing a wide range of internal stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
* Leading and negotiating on various supplier contracts.
* Ensuring 'procurement best practice' is implemented.
Required experience
1. 6 + years of procurement experience, sourcing ingredients or food procurement
2. Experienced working within the QSR/Hospitality industry
