We are looking to further strengthen a team for a key client of ours with a dedicated Assembly Team Leader/Manufacturing Team Leader who will be responsible to support the assembly technicians along with all elements of the production process to ensure deadlines are met. You will be heavily involved with the co-ordination and planning of the daily team activities, delegating tasks as required. You will need to clearly communicate goals, expectations, and instructions and provide support, guidance, and mentoring to all technicians.
