Your Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual to join Lime Tree Primary as a Nursery Assistant on a permanent basis, working 32.5 hours per week. You will play a key role in supporting young children’s development through engaging learning and play activities, while ensuring their safety and well-being. As a key worker, you’ll build meaningful relationships with children and contribute to their learning journeys. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education, values safeguarding and inclusion, and is keen to be part of a supportive and dynamic team. What we are looking for Level 2 childcare qualification (or working towards) Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge Understanding of EYFS, child development, and keyworker responsibilities Commitment to gaining GCSE Maths & English (or already working towards) Strong communication, professionalism, and time management Passionate, approachable, and committed to children's welfare About Lime Tree Primary Our School sits within a established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
