The Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional, ingredient-led Mediterranean dishes at the highest standard. This is a leadership position within a beautifully designed, luxury setting where quality, precision, and creativity are paramount.
You will:
* Support the Head Chef in leading and developing the kitchen brigade
* Ensure consistently outstanding food quality and presentation
* Bring authentic Mediterranean knowledge and techniques to the menu
* Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, organisation, and kitchen management
* Contribute to menu development with a strong understanding of seasonal Mediterranean ingredients
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a very high-end or luxury environment
* Deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, French coastal, Spanish, Greek or broader regional influences)
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing a professional brigade
* Calm, organised, and quality-driven under pressure
* Currently based in London with full working rights in the UK (essential)
