My client is anestablished premium property agent which has been a part of theBraintree Town centre for many years they are looking to grow theirmarket share within the premium sector and seek an enthusiastic anddriven individual looking to further their career having theopportunity to drive the business forward from their Braintreeoffice.
You will be expectedto negotiate and win instructions for theDepartment dealing with Town Village and Country houses. You willensure the homes are presented in the best possible light handlingmarketing viewings sales paperwork and carry out sales progressiontocompletion.
KeyResponsibilities;
* To win market share ongood terms and at an appropriatevalue
* To challenge the market createopportunities and build on the success of the existingdepartment
* Personally drive the salesprocess seeing sales through from winning the instruction throughto completion of the propertytransaction
* Oversee the marketing ofproperties working closely with marketingprofessionals
* Liaise closely with our SeniorProperty Consultant to build the sales business by using existingand new contacts to create newopportunities
* Liaise with clients andprospective buyers in a professional polite and respectfulmanner
* Carry out viewings withprospective buyers and manage clientsneeds
* Manage sales through to exchangeof contracts through negotiation and perseverance whilst givingprofessional advice to clients at all times and keeping clients upto date with progress
* Handle daily applicant enquiriesensuring accurate details are registered andmatched
* Manage own diary efficiently withrespect to team membersdiaries
* Assist with other departments asrequired
* Increase referral leadgenerations and subsequentincome
You will need to;
* Follow health andsafety procedures at all times
* Ensure compliance of Health andSafety FSA compliance Estate Agency Act GDPR BriberyAct
* Fantastic business acumen withability to lead and drive the departmentforward
* Have the ability to multi tasktake responsibility and follow through oncommitments

Requirements for theposition;
* Sales experience is essentialwithin an estate agency business
* A clean drivinglicence.
