We are recruiting for Production Operatives with an immediate start based near Melton Mowbray.
Salary: £13 starting per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Temporary with potential to becoming permanent
Hours: 8am - 4pm
Location: Rural location near Melton Mowbray (having access to your own transport is essential due to the location on the role)
About the role:
The Production Operative will be involved in the hands-on manufacturing of panel products.
Key Responsibilities
* Cutting materials to size using hand and power tools
* Gluing and assembling panel components
* Finishing and quality-checking products
* Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Supporting general workshop tasks as required
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a hands-on or production role
* Basic skills in cutting, assembly, or sewing are an advantage
* Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
