Design & Product Administrator - Southwark, London Salary: £25-26k Office based, with some options for hybrid working after probation Join Our Team as a Design & Product Administrator! Are you passionate about pop culture and creative merchandising? Our client, a leading destination for comic, sci-fi, fantasy, and cult entertainment, is seeking a Design & Product Administrator to join their vibrant team in Southwark, London. This is an entry level role and a great opportunity for somebody with some experience using creative tools to kick start their career. As a Design & Product Administrator, you will be instrumental in coordinating the design and approval processes for exciting new merchandise. You will work closely with the Head of Pop Culture and other stakeholders, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before they hit the shelves. Key Responsibilities: Core Function: Support the Head of Pop Culture by coordinating new merchandise designs and managing submissions on external licencing approval systems. Assist in art working tasks, including packaging and producing merchandise from style guides, POS, and marketing sheets. Product Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product and packaging submissions, processing feedback for concepts and production samples. Request product samples from our manufacturers and suppliers. Work on design briefs as directed by the Head of Pop Culture, including product revisions and preparing artwork for production. Administration: Attend meetings to present new products to Directors and stakeholders. Maintain accurate updates, tracking project status, due dates, feedback, and imagery organise storage cupboards, ensuring at least one example of every design is available and disposing of older samples as needed Provide cover for stock management tasks, including stock allocation and print-on-demand ordering.
